Domestic Shipping:
We are delighted to offer complimentary shipping for all orders exceeding ₹500/- across India.
For prepaid orders below ₹500, a shipping fee of ₹40 will be added. However, prepaid orders above ₹500 will be shipped free of charge.
Cash on delivery (COD) is available for all orders. A COD fee of ₹80 will be applied to orders below ₹500. However, for orders above ₹500, COD is free of charge.
The cart value for the aforementioned scenarios will be calculated after applying any applicable discounts or coupons.
Please allow 1-3 working days for order processing and dispatch. The estimated delivery time is 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch.
Orders received on Sundays or during holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Please note that during festivals and lockdowns, there may be processing and shipping delays.
Kindly note that we do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses. Deliveries to rural domestic addresses may require additional days for transit.
International Shipping:
Shipping charges for international orders will be different. Shipping charges will differ according to the country from which order has been received.

If we receive a cancellation request after the order has already been processed, we regret to inform you that we cannot cancel the order. By placing an order, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by AYURMEDIX INIDIA (www.ayurmedixindia.com) regarding cancellations.
Cancellation of Order by AYURMEDIX INDIA (www.ayurmedixindia.com):
AYURMEDIX INDIA (www.ayurmedixindia.com) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This applies regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. In such cases, 100% payment will be refunded, and the User will be duly notified.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (such as an incorrect or incomplete name or address, or recipient unavailability), any additional costs incurred by AYURMEDIX INDIA (www.ayurmedixindia.com) for re-delivery will be claimed from the User.
COUPON TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Coupons have a limited validity period, and AYURMEDIX INDIA reserves the right to modify or cancel them at any time.
The coupon offer becomes valid only when applied to the qualifying item(s).
Coupons may only be used on www.ayurmedixindia.com in conjunction with the purchase of products shipped and sold by www.ayurmedixindia.com. They are not applicable to products sold by third-party sellers or other e-commerce websites.
Each customer is limited to using one coupon per purchase.
Applicable shipping and handling charges are to be borne by the customer as per our Shipping & Returns Policy.
